What will you do as Substitute team leader filling & packing
As a Substitute Team Leader, you will take charge during the absence of the Filling & Packaging Team Leader. You will ensure the team works efficiently and safely, while guiding, directing and coaching them to achieve high quality and productivity standards.
You will also operate various filling and packaging machines and train new operators and temporary workers. During the production process you will support the team leader by carrying out checks and tests so that we can deliver a high-quality product to the Logistics Department. This offers not only a challenging and varied job, but also the opportunity to develop further within our organization and eventually grow to team leader!

Qualifications
- Holds an MBO-4 degree or higher, specifically focused on food production or dairy industry
- Well versed in applicable regulations and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, IFS and ARBO
- Has excellent communication skills
- Accurate and attentive to quality
- Is flexible and proactive, with an enduring heart
- Has experience in the dairy industry, or is excited to learn more about it
