For more than 25 years we have been supplying delicious daily fresh dairy products such as milk, yogurt and custard. And in 2023 we started the development of non-perishable dairy and plantbased dairy alternatives. Every product we make carries quality marks such as "On the way to Planetproof" and "Better for Nature & Farmer. As a replacement team leader at Farm Dairy, you will play an important role in our sustainable mission from day one. With your skills and commitment, you will also ensure that the production process runs smoothly.

What will you do as Substitute Team Leader Filling & Packing
As Substitute Team Leader, you will take charge during the absence of the Team Leader Filling & Packing. You will ensure the team works efficiently and safely, while guiding, directing and coaching them to achieve high quality and productivity standards.

You will also operate various filling and packaging machines and train new operators and temporary workers. During the production process you will support the team leader by carrying out checks and tests so that we can deliver a high-quality product to the Logistics Department. This offers not only a challenging and varied job, but also the opportunity to develop further within our organization and eventually grow to team leader!

Qualifications

  • Has an MBO-4 degree or higher, specifically focused on food production or dairy industry;
  • Well versed in applicable regulations and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, IFS and ARBO;
  • Has excellent communication skills;
  • Accurate and attentive to quality;
  • Is flexible and proactive, with an enduring heart;
  • Has experience in the dairy industry, or is excited to learn more about it.
