What will you do as Substitute team leader filling & packing
As the Acting Team Leader, you will take charge when the Filling & Packaging Team Leader is absent. You will ensure that the team works efficiently and safely, while guiding, directing, and coaching them to achieve high standards of quality and productivity.
In addition, you will operate various filling and packaging machines and train new operators and temporary workers. During the production process, you will support the team leader by performing checks and tests to ensure we can deliver a high-quality product to the Logistics department.

Qualifications
· You have an MBO-4 diploma or higher, specifically focused on food production or the dairy industry;
· You are well-versed in applicable regulations and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, IFS, and occupational health and safety regulations;
· You have excellent communication skills;
· You work with precision and a focus on quality;
· You are flexible and proactive, with a passion for sustainability;
· You have experience in the dairy industry, or are eager to learn more about it.
