What will you do?
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will ensure that our production facilities and utilities continue to function optimally. You will perform maintenance work in the mechanical, electrical and control fields and play a crucial role in troubleshooting and improving our processes.
You will work with Operators, Team Leaders and Maintenance Planners to provide technical information and implement improvements within the organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Uitvoeren van preventief, correctief en voorspellend onderhoud aan uiteenlopende machines en installaties binnen de Processing en Vullen & Verpakken afdeling, met specifieke aandacht bij processing voor pompen en procesafsluiters, en bij vullen en verpakken voor blaasmachines, afvulmachines en dozeninpakkers. Dit gebeurt op basis van gestandaardiseerde checklists en met behulp van moderne tools en documentatiesystemen.
- Inspecteren en onderhouden van diverse procesequipment, evenals bij de blaasmachines, afvul en verpakkingsmachines waarbij slijtage en mogelijke defecten tijdig worden opgespoord en opgelost.
- Oplossen van geconstateerde defecten aan de verschillende procesequipment, evenals bij de blaasmachines, afvul en verpakkingsmachines; bij grotere problemen overleg je met de planner over de beste vervolgstappen en mogelijke vervanging of revisie.
- Bijdragen aan continu verbeterend onderhoud door trends in storingen te analyseren en verbeteringen voor te stellen om de betrouwbaarheid en levensduur van de installaties te verhogen.
- Investigate opportunities for technical improvements and modifications to machinery and equipment to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Analyseren van storingen en uitvoeren van curatief onderhoud om herhaling van problemen te voorkomen
- Zorgdragen voor een juiste registratie van werkzaamheden in het technisch onderhoudssysteem (Ultimo).
- Communicate with Operators, Team Leaders and Maintenance Planners on technical issues.
- Preparation and compliance with applicable regulations and standards such as HACCP, BRC, GMP, IFS and Occupational Health and Safety.
- Occasionally assist with work of All-round Troubleshooting Engineers.
What are you bringing?
- Technische opleiding op MBO niveau 3 of 4, brede technische kennis en ervaring met uiteenlopende technieken.
- Knowledge of Dutch, German and English language in word and writing.
- Kennis van geldende regels en normen (huishoudelijk, HACCP, BRC, GMP, IFS en ARBO). Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een TD-functie.
- Strong in oral expression skills
- Good at analyzing problems and think solution-oriented.
- Stress resistant and have perseverance.
- Good at collaboration and results-oriented work.
- Careful and accurate.
