As a process operator at Farm Dairy, you will play a key role in our sustainable mission from day one. With your skills and commitment, you will also ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. Every liter of dairy you help produce is a step toward a healthier planet.
As a Process Operator at Farm Dairy:
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, ensuring the quality of our products from start to finish.
- Are responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of plants and tanks, essential for maintaining our high hygiene standards.
- Keep an overview and plan ahead so that the filling process runs smoothly.
- Prepare various dairy products, carefully following recipes and procedures for consistent and quality results.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure that every product we ship meets the strictest quality standards.
- Work closely with the team leader and the planning office, communicating directly about any discrepancies in quantities or filling times and looking for solutions together.
We are looking for a Process Operator who:
- Has an MBO-4 degree or higher, specifically focused on food production or dairy industry;
- Well versed in applicable regulations and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, IFS and ARBO;
- Speaks, reads and writes Dutch and English;
- Accurate and attentive to quality;
- Eager to work together but also excellent independently;
- Is flexible and proactive, with an enduring heart;
- Has experience in the dairy industry, or is excited to learn more about it.
