Last year at PLMA, we introduced our first generation of balanced proteins in beverages and dairy snacks: an optimal combination of dairy and plantbased . They offer the familiar taste of dairy, less saturated fat, and a smaller environmental footprint. The best of both worlds.
This year, we’re taking the next step: Fiber-Enriched Balanced Proteins made with yogurt and field beans, and Balanced Proteins Barista for a delicious cappuccino or latte. You can also find our latest innovations at the New Product Expo.
