As an operator at Farm Dairy, you will play an important role in our sustainable mission from day one. With your skills and commitment, you will also ensure that the production process runs smoothly. As an Operator at Farm Dairy:
- Operate various filling and packaging machines;
- Monitor quality by performing regular tests and checks;
- You will be responsible for converting, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, with a division of labor of approximately 50% production, 20% quality control, 20% maintenance work and 10% cleaning work.
We are looking for an Operator who:
- MBO work and thinking level (level 3 or 4), with a technical background;
- Has technical insight
- Has experience or training in machine operation or food technology;
- Speaks, reads and writes Dutch well;
- We also encourage motivated candidates who do not meet all the requirements but are willing to learn and grow .
We offer:

- A shift bonus of 25.7% on top of your salary when working 5 shifts, regardless of vacation and sick days.
- Extensive training opportunities, both internally on the work floor and through our Farm Dairy academy. These include obtaining your forklift certificate or taking a level 3 or 4 MBO course.
- A year-end bonus of 4%
- A non-contributory pension.
