What will you do
In this challenging position you will be responsible for strategic HR tasks. Together with the HR Manager, you will ensure a future-proof HR policy and support managers in a variety of HR issues. Whether it concerns recruitment, training and development or change management, you are the connecting factor that contributes to a strong, agile organization.
In addition, you will work on:
- Attract and retain talent through effective recruiting and onboarding strategies.
- Assisting managers with performance reviews, absence management and team development.
- Developing and implementing HR processes and tools that contribute to sustainable employability.
- Analyzing HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
What do you bring?
We are looking for an HR professional with a clear vision and a hands-on mentality. You have a completed college or university degree in HRM, Business Administration or a similar field, complemented by relevant experience, preferably in a production environment. You are analytically strong, have good communication skills and feel at home in a dynamic organization.
In addition, you possess:
- Knowledge of employment law, change management and HR analytics.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
- A coaching and solution-oriented approach.
