What will you do:
As an HR Business Partner, you understand that motivated employees are the driving force behind any successful business. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will contribute to the formulation of strategic HR objectives that support organizational goals. Our HR department is a close-knit team of professionals, where your role is crucial to the success of our company. You will work within a challenging and dynamic environment, with most of our employees operating on a 5-shift schedule.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Working closely with our HR Manager, develop and implement strategic HR objectives that align with our corporate vision and growth strategies.
- Advise operational leadership on HR-related issues and contribute to decision-making based on data and insights.
Talent recruitment and retention:
- Identify staffing needs within our organization and work with the team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, conduct interviews and contribute to finding the right talents for our teams.
Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs and design programs that enable employees to grow and excel within Farm Dairy
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Labor relations and
Policy implementation:
- Manage labor issues, including resolving conflicts and implementing HR policies and procedures that meet legal standards.
- Ensure our operational teams work in accordance with best practices and regulations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and present valuable insights to management.
- Generate reports that illustrate the impact of HR initiatives on our manufacturing operations.
Change Management and Leadership Support:
- Play a proactive role in change initiatives and provide support to the leadership team in navigating HR-related challenges.
What we ask:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HRM, business administration or similar.
- Relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
