Working at Farm Dairy

Logistics team leader

Introducing:

At Farm Dairy, we process fresh milk daily into high-quality dairy products such as whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk, custard and yogurt. We are also working hard to develop various plantbased alternatives. With a dedicated team of over 200 employees, ready day and night, we make sure the refrigerators in the Netherlands stay filled and we contribute to people's daily lives.

For more than 25 years, we have led the way in the production of daily fresh dairy products. By 2023, we will have expanded our range to include non-perishable dairy and plantbased dairy alternatives. Every product we make carries labels such as On the way to PlanetProof and Better for Nature & Farmer, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and quality.

Who are we?

Safely delivering daily fresh dairy of excellent quality on time to our customers. That is what we do, what is in our DNA and where we want to continuously improve.

To keep improving, we invite everyone who works at Farm Dairy to come up with ideas and possibilities for improvement. The reports we receive are then all discussed and fed back to the employee, because appreciation and recognition are important to us. The craftsmanship with which we produce our products is something we are proud of and in which we like to invest. Employees regularly attend training and education courses to broaden their knowledge.

Working at Farm Dairy means being part of a team where everyone matters and where we hold each other to agreements. This is the only way we can ensure that around 600,000 liters of dairy products make their way to our customers' refrigerators every day.
