Technical Purchaser & Warehouse Manager

What will you do?

Are you the link that ensures efficient and careful purchasing and management of our warehouse? As a Technical Buyer & Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the entire inventory management of the Technical Services warehouse. You will ensure that materials are purchased on time and correctly for both the warehouse and the Maintenance Planners' work.

You will coordinate the entire ordering process, from quotation request to placing orders and processing packing slips and invoices within our Ultimo system. You will also ensure accurate administration of incoming and outgoing materials within the technical maintenance system. Your role is essential to the efficient running of our technical processes!

Qualifications:

• You are fluent in Dutch, German and English in both word and writing.
• A completed MBO+ / HBO education.
• Experience with technical maintenance systems.
• Several years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, such as HACCP, IFC, GMP and occupational health and safety.
